 I really wanted to see Frank Mir beat Brock Lesnar, but honestly to tell you the truth.  After seeing Michael Bisping getting knocked out cold I could care less after that. I was so sick of hearing Bisping talk all his trash even before he coached TUF. Since he was just a fighter on TUF he had a big mouth, after he had a big mouth. He has talked so much trash like he is the best fighter ever!!!! I mean if you talk trash and you can back it up thats one thing.  This guy talked trash and has honestly only fought mid level guys at best. The only guys he has fought in his career that was a challenge was Rashad Evans. He lost a boring decision to him, plus dont even get me started on how overrated Rashad Evans has been. Anyways, it was great to see him get knocked out! Then get another shot to his mouth while on the ground for good measure! Bye Bye Mr “The Count” back to fighting the mid level guys and thinking you are a BA again!

Two big accessories I see sold with SUP board these days are the plastic paddle guard, and rail guard tape.  For those who don’t know the rails chip pretty easily when hit with your paddle.  Usually the Plastic paddle guard run about 20 bucks for you paddle, and the Rail guard tape is about 15 to 20 dollars.  That does not sound too bad for the price, epsecially since the boards run about 1200 USD each.  Here are two options you can use to save yourself a few bucks.

• Paddle Guard Replacement

Run down to a local Auto Parts start and purchase the following. 

• Car door Trim guard 15$ (I bought a box of it, but enough material to do a least 8 paddles! I had a few paddles had to do this too. Could of bought a smaller box for about 8 bucks)

• Roll of Black Electrical Tape 2$ (this is to tape down the top guard and hold it into place)

• Gorilla Glue 3$ (This is kind of optional because the door guard does come with a small about adhesive, but it helps to put a little bit of this glue to prevent it from falling off.)

Now just cut the trim guard to size, add a little gorilla glue, and tape off the ends.  I spent about 20 bucks but could do at least 8 paddles!  This is great if you have more than one paddle, or have a few guys that want this for there paddles.  

• Rail Guard Tape Replacement

This is easily the cheapest and easiest to do. Run down to a local Hardware store.  Ask them if they have Clear Duct Tape,  it’s usually with the Air conditions stuff.  Runs about 4$ for a roll, and has enough to do 5 board at least.  Just cut and put this on your rails.  I put this on my board and have not chip my rail since!  Plus if you board is white you can’t even see it!  My board is black and you can tell I have the tape on it but it’s not bad at all! Well hope this helps you out, now go slash some waves!

So as I posted before I purchased a C4 10′6″ SUP board.  Love the board, love the color!  Its a Dark Lime Green with sweet looking black rails!  I bought a fiberglass C4 Paddle that has a Orange Handle and Head.  I orginally just wanted a white paddle but Orange is the only color they had left.  The paddle is great, and works perfect for me.  The only problem is that if you just freaking touch the board with the paddle or handle it makes a very nice Orange streak on the board!  The streaks comes off with a little finger nail polish remover. LOL. Oh well I guess I will just live with it until I break the paddle and buy another one.  I have been eyeing this Wood Carbon paddle that Saywer makes.  From what I have found on the web it seems to get good reviews, and man does it look sweet.  I think it would be great for about 200 bucks. I started to SUP or what my friends like to call it, “Oarboarding”, about 3 years ago. I had a horrible experience with my Jimmy Lewis board because it was near impossible to ride unless where about 100 pounds.  So after a year I sold the board and never looked back.  About 6 months ago a few buddies of mine purchased some SUP boards. They where having a blast so my super awesome girlfriend asked if I would like one for my birthday so we can have something to do on the non wind days.  So we both got the board 10′6″ C4 waterman boards from Emerald Coast Kiteboarding over the weekend.  Man what a difference of buying a good SUP board can make.  We have only been out 2 times, once in flat water and once in the Ocean.  We both had a blast each time and the boards ride great!  Much better than my JL board I bought a few years back.  Very stable and very easy to paddle.  As soon as you get on a wave and stop on the tail pad it feels just like a high performance long board. I will get some pictures and write up a full review on the C4 boards once I get a few more times on it, but so far it nothing but positive!

Man did anyone catch the daily show last night?  Holy smoke Jon Stewart put the smack down on Jim Cramer last night!  I have to say I am not a huge Jim Cramer fan, I think he gives out very bad financial advise. Plus his show is very difficult to watch with him running around like a kid with ADD and tourettes. It was good to see Stewart call him on all of his BS! It was even better to see Jim Cramer actually have nothing to say for once.  He truly did not have any defense except…I made a mistake.   I can’t believe he actually said he made a freaking MISTAKE!  It almost makes me wonder if the Daily Show paid him off to keep his mouth shut, say I screwed up, and make Jon Stewart look good! Oh well I think this should shut up Cramer for a while, he is going to be too busy wiping the shit off his nose after the ass kissing he was doing last night!

You Suck at Photoshop (This is a You Tube channel, guy does great lessons on photoshop.  This guy is pretty funny and can be kind of mean but his lessons are great!)
